Cocktails & Dreams Mobile Bar was started in 2022 in Southampton,NY by Velina Gerova & David Gaviola. What started as a dream was eventually made into reality when we imported and built our vintage french Citröen van.

A focus on crafting creative cocktails made with homemade locally sourced ingredients along with lots of love.

We look forward to seeing the smiles our van brings to every party and being able to provide an unforgettable experience for all!

Cocktails & Dreams Mobile Bar is a bartending
and event rental service that operates in The Hamptons/NYC.

We specialize in creating memorable cocktail experiences with our 1979 Citröen van or any of our portable bars at weddings, cocktail parties, corporate events and other social gatherings. We work to create a custom menu for each specific event tailored to our clients needs.

Whether you are looking for a small backyard bachelorette party to a full scale wedding for 300, we have a package to fit all events.

Utilizing local and organic ingredients when possible, our craft cocktails & mocktails are always made with freshly squeezed juices, homemade syrups & bitters along with unique garnishes and fresh fruit sourced from local farms.

Hello, we are Velina & David,
the owners and operators behind
Cocktails & Dreams Mobile Bar.

David was born and raised in East Hampton and is a well known chef at his catering company, Silver Spoon Specialties. He transforms his unique takes on flavor profiles with food into beautiful craft cocktails and mocktails.

Velina is originally from Bulgaria but moved to the United States in 2015 to chase her American dream. After working in finance most of her life, she is now committed to following her purpose of making people smile through her mixology skills and bubbly personality.

Our passion to make people happy, love of travel, and years of experience in the hospitality industry all come together to create a unique experience that you and your guest will reminisce on for years to come!

David’s Favorite:
